Promptivo Mobile Application

The Promptivo mobile application provides AI-related features including image prompt generation, video prompt generation, image-to-prompt processing, AI-assisted prompt creation from user-selected images, and AI chat functionality.

Promptivo Website

The Promptivo website provides information about the Promptivo application, its features, prompts, creative resources, and application-related content.

Some features available in the Promptivo mobile application may not be available on the website. In particular, the website currently does not provide the mobile application's image-upload AI prompt generation feature.

Depending on how you use Promptivo, certain information may be processed or collected to provide, maintain, and improve the application and its features.

• Basic device and technical information that may be processed to support application functionality, security, and advertising.

• Information required for delivering push notifications, such as notifications about new image prompts, video prompts, announcements, or other application updates, through Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• Certain advertising-related information, such as advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location information, and advertising interaction information, may be processed by Google AdMob and its advertising partners.

Promptivo does not intentionally request sensitive personal information. Users should avoid submitting passwords, payment information, private or confidential business information, or other highly sensitive personal information through the application.

4. Images and AI Prompt Generation

The Promptivo mobile application may allow users to select or upload an image and use AI technology to generate a prompt based on that image.

Images submitted through this feature may be transmitted to and processed by third-party AI or technical service providers when necessary to provide the requested functionality.

Promptivo does not require users to upload private, confidential, or sensitive images.

Users are responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights and permission to upload and process any image they submit.

5. Image Prompts and Video Prompts

Promptivo may provide image prompts and video prompts to help users create AI-generated content.

The Promptivo mobile application may also include video files or video examples associated with video prompts. These videos are provided as application content so that users can view them within the application.

These video files are not uploaded by users and are not collected from users through the video prompt viewing feature.

Users may copy or use prompts provided through the application and website for their own creative purposes, subject to any applicable third-party rights or restrictions.

6. AI Chat

Promptivo provides an AI chat feature that allows users to ask questions and receive AI-generated responses.

Messages and information submitted through the AI chat feature may be processed by the third-party AI service used to provide this functionality.

Users should not submit passwords, payment information, confidential business information, or highly sensitive personal information through the AI chat feature.

7. Advertising and Google AdMob

The Promptivo mobile application may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

Google AdMob and its advertising partners may collect or process certain information such as device information, advertising identifiers, approximate location information, and information related to advertising interactions, subject to their applicable policies and user settings.

Advertising may be used to support the operation and development of the Promptivo mobile application.

The Promptivo website does not currently display Google AdMob advertisements.

8. Third-Party Services and Google Gemini API

Promptivo uses certain third-party services to provide and support application functionality.

Promptivo uses the Google Gemini API for AI-powered features, including AI chat, image analysis, image-to-prompt generation, video prompt assistance, and other AI-assisted prompt generation features.

When you use these AI features, information you submit, such as text prompts, chat messages, and images, may be sent to the Google Gemini API for processing and to generate the requested response.

The processing of information by Google may be subject to Google's applicable terms, privacy policies, and data processing practices.

Promptivo may also use third-party services for advertising, hosting, security, and other technical functionality.

Third-party service providers may process certain information according to their own privacy policies and applicable terms.

9. How We Use Information

Information may be used for purposes including:
